NOTIFY AAIID

Any person who has knowledge of an aircraft accident or serious incident that has occurred in Zimbabwe must notify the AAIID by the quickest way possible. Complete the online form below or download the initial notification form SI 78 of 2018 Accident-and-Incident-investigation  (ZIM AIG Form No 0002) and submit via email or whatsapp without delay.

Note: Submission of the notification form should not be delayed even if some of the required information is not yet available.
