This department is responsible for handling vehicle and vessel registration, including the issuance of original and duplicate registration books and certificates. It also manages the production and replacement of registration number plates, including personalized options. In addition, it oversees validation stickers, duplicate third plates, and related certificates. The registration of vintage and classic vehicles falls under its scope, along with processing endorsements for public service driver status and medical evaluations. Lastly, it issues confirmation letters and letters of entitlement for individuals holding legitimate driver’s licenses.
